Implementation Manager

DirecTech Labs is hiring an Implementation Manager to join this fast growing startup currently running through Techstars LA.  This role will play an integral part in a variety of critical aspects from leading new client implementations to account management and assisting with sales from a technical perspective. You’ll have a chance to drive the incubation and management of multiple products targeting the $186B Direct Selling Industry. About You:

  • You have experience with rapid project development methodologies such as Lean Startup or Agile/Scrum.
  • You have 3-5+ years of solid project management experience at high growth tech companies, especially in analytics, big data and/or machine learning
  • You have experience working with or within large enterprises including how to navigate various stakeholders and keep everyone on track.
  • You have a fluid understanding of project management as it relates to building tech products.
  • You’re curious and passionate about human behavior, influence and psychology.
  • You have a strong sense of initiative and follow-through with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills with both founders, developers and big corporate partners
  • You don’t shy away from a challenge, are curious and looking to make a big impact.
  • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early stage company such as sales engineer, product manager, account executive, etc.
  • You know how to spot an issue (technical or interpersonal) and can tactfully and effectively resolve it before pressure starts to build. You’re also comfortable seeking help from above when needed..
  • You are ready to accept the risk and potential rewards of an early stage startup.
  • You have a “Let’s get it done” attitude. Ready to wear whatever hat is needed to get the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute and maintain project management processes in the areas of project schedule, quality management, communications management, risk/issue management, and change management.
  • Listen deeply to and interview customers, searching for clues on how to think about and evolve the product.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of technical leads.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
  • Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking
  • Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports.
  • Track project changes and producing updated schedules.
  • Keep track of customer relationships via CRM
  • Influence continuous improvement of project management methodologies including: assessment of project delivery capabilities, gathering and reporting performance metrics, establishing corresponding targets, and measurement of on-going progress.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between applications, platforms, services, and environments
  • Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
  • Interface with external stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations as needed.

Marketing Associate

DirecTech Labs is hiring a Marketing Associate to join this fast growing startup currently running through Techstars LA. This role will manage our content, lead gen and overall marketing efforts. Report to and work closely with the CEO in discovering, targeting and turning qualified enterprise prospects into warm leads while driving the company’s efforts to bring a progressive message into an antiquated industry. We are looking for a sharp dynamic, motivated professional who has a passion for innovation, incredible communications skills and a big, open heart. Fostering excellent relationships while maximizing the results for both the company and our customers is a big part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified sales leads
  • Manage a highly targeted account-based marketing plan and process
  • Create, curate and edit content for blogs and newsletter
  • Weekly reporting
  • Manage company social media accounts
  • Create and manage automated email drop campaigns
  • Research the target market and identify prospects to target.
  • Manage contractors and partners who provide content, edit video and podcasts etc.

Required skills

  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • The Hubspot stack including CRM, drip emails, etc.

Data Scientist

DirecTech Labs (US Based Corp in Silicon Beach, CA) is hiring a Data Scientist to join its team in the Noida Development Center! This role will play an integral part in the building, growing and nurturing of our new predictive analytics startup. You’ll have a chance to drive the implementation and rollout of our data analytics platform to the $186B Direct Selling Industry. You will be responsible for developing and leading a machine learning product. We are seeking the very best talent to create an exceptional environment.

We are looking for a mixture between a statistician, machine learning expert and engineer with an interest in predictive analytics and an ability to communicate their ideas and findings in a comprehensive and digestible way to business persons and IT alike: someone who has passion for building data products and services. The ideal candidate understands human behavior and knows what to look for in the data.

If you’re a scrappy builder backed by deep data analytics experience and looking to play a pivotal role within a startup, this one is for you.

About You:

  • You have a MS in Statistics, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics
  • You have 4+ years creating predictive models using advance machine learning techniques
  • You have proven work examples of turning significant amounts of data into informative/insightful actions through various statistical techniques that turn into explosive business results
  • You have an expert command of statistical analysis, algorithm development, and state-of-the-art tools and methodologies for data science
